AhlulBayt News Ag ency: In a commentary titled “Iran Imposed Defeat on the Zionist Regime with a Crushing Blow; Netanyahu Unilaterally Withdrew,” al-Najjar wrote: The Zionist regime could not withstand more than twelve days and ultimately surrendered to Iran. He claimed that former U.S. President Donald Trump orchestrated the ceasefire to save Netanyahu. While crowds of Iranians flooded the main squares of Tehran and other major cities to celebrate victory, Zionist settlers sat in despair, staring at the ruins of their homes amid unprecedented destruction.

In Tehran and other cities, smiles lit up faces. An elderly man, over a hundred years old, walked with a cane through the streets, expressing his joy. IRGC commanders were seen among the people, sharing in the celebrations. Meanwhile, in the occupied territories, sorrow and grief overshadowed the faces of Zionist leaders like Netanyahu and the regime’s president, who remained silent and out of sight throughout the conflict, retreating into isolation under a cloud of misfortune.

The leader and guardian of the Islamic Ummah, with a radiant and humble demeanor, encouraged the people to celebrate the victory and thanked God for it. No signs of arrogance appeared on his face—only increased dignity and humility.

Today, a deadly silence hangs over the leaders of the Zionist regime, while cries and wails echo from the settlers as they witness the devastation around them. Al-Najjar claimed that Trump intervened to save them, ordering Netanyahu to halt military aggression against Iran, end the war in Gaza, and withdraw from the Philadelphi Corridor to the pre-October 7, 2023 lines—the date marking the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. Internally, Israeli Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir and his party’s ministers reportedly threatened to resign from Netanyahu’s cabinet if the war in Gaza was halted and a withdrawal occurred.

The internal situation of the Zionist regime is said to be deteriorating, heading toward deeper division and fragmentation amid a severe political crisis. Al-Najjar asserted that U.S. directives must now be followed by Israeli leaders. He claimed the peace-seeking faction in Trump’s administration prevailed, while the pro-war faction failed.

Although the U.S. appears to be leaning toward peace, there are no guarantees that war between Tehran and Tel Aviv will not resume. For now, al-Najjar concluded, the situation is progressing cautiously, with Iran advancing while keeping its finger on the trigger.
